By using this site you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

The service

This site lets you create and take part in votes and polls. It is provided free and as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of faults.

Results are not legally binding. This is a tool for recording what people chose, not a certified election service. Do not use it where a legally defensible ballot is required.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Your display name must not impersonate another person or organisation.

What you may not do

• Post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or threatening
• Impersonate anyone
• Publish other people's personal information
• Try to vote more than once, or interfere with how voting works
• Use the site to send spam, or overload it deliberately

Moderation

A moderator can void a vote where free text was written, and can remove an option a voter added, in each case with a published reason. A moderator cannot void a vote that contains no text.

Site administrators may suspend an account or remove a vote entirely where content breaks these terms. Those actions are recorded.

What you write

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you allow this site to display it within the vote it belongs to, including in that vote's results and activity log.

Once a vote has closed, its record is permanent. Consider that before writing something you would want withdrawn.

Ending use

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version appears on this page.
